What is not included
Deep-clean restoration, inside oven/refrigerator, interior windows, dishes, laundry, carpet extraction, biohazards, pest waste, heavy clutter, or moving heavy furniture.
Customer provides
Customer provides preferred cleaning products, vacuum, mop/bucket, step stool, trash bags, and access to water and electricity.
