What is included
Routine mowing at an appropriate height; ordinary string trimming around reachable edges and obstacles; blowing clippings from driveway, sidewalk, patio, and curb immediately adjacent to the lawn.
What is not included
Overgrown grass above 8 inches, bagging/haul-away, weeds in beds, bush trimming, leaf cleanup, irrigation repair, fertilization, steep slopes, pet-waste removal, or inaccessible areas.
Customer provides
Customer ensures gates are unlocked, pets and waste are removed, lawn is free of toys/hoses/debris, and electrical access is available if customer equipment is required.
