What is included
Remove one existing exterior wall/porch fixture; install one compatible customer-provided replacement at the same location; connect existing wiring; install normal mounting hardware; apply a small weather-resistant seal where appropriate; restore power and test operation.
What is not included
New wiring, circuits, switches, junction-box replacement, damaged wiring repair, landscape-light systems, recessed lighting, soffit modification, stucco/siding repair, heights over 10 feet, permit-required work, or work during unsafe wet/weather conditions.
Customer provides
Customer provides a compatible exterior-rated replacement fixture and manufacturer mounting hardware/components.
