What is included
Visual interior and exterior walkthrough; check accessible doors/windows, HVAC operation, thermostat, visible plumbing leaks, toilets, refrigerator/freezer, obvious pest or water issues, mail/packages and general security; provide notes/photos. Inspect ground-level exterior, windows, doors, yard, fencing and accessible interior for obvious storm impacts; provide photo report.
What is not included
Licensed home inspection; code-compliance certification; roof climbing; invasive testing; repairs; opening walls or equipment; guarantee that hidden problems will be found. No roof climbing, structural engineering, insurance adjusting or emergency repair.
Customer provides
Customer provides property access, alarm/lock instructions, emergency contacts, preferred checklist and vendor authorization.
